Ingredients;
Dried fish-1cup,cleaned(I used netholi or anchovy)
Shallots-5
Green chillies-2
Curry leaves-3 to 4 leaves
Salt as per taste
Coconut oil-1tsp or fresh coconut grated-3 to 4 tbsp
Dry roast the fish until its dry enough to break easily.Let it cool for 2 to 3 mins.You will see that the fish hardens as it is allowed to cool down making it easy to powder it.Now coarse grind the fish first then add the shallots,green chillies and salt.To this mix you may either add coconut oil and serve or grind it again with coconut.
Serve with hot rice!!!!!!!
