Quick Fried Rice

Fried rice is always quick and you can make it veg or non vegAgain having loads of option of what to add into it.
Having skipped breakfast we had to have an early lunch or shd I say brunch and this recipe was the perfect answer.

Ingredients:

Cooked basmati rice-2cups
Eggs-2 scrambled
Onion-1 medium,finely chopped
Ginger-garlic-minced-2tbsp
Beans-5 finely chopped
carrots-1/2 finely chopped
Beef-cooked and shredded;1/2 cup
Soy sauce-3tbsp
Hoisin sauce-1tbsp (optional)
Pepper powder-1tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil-1tbsp.

Heat a deep non stick pan.Add  the oil. When its hot add in the ginger and garlicSaute it and then add the onions and let it cook.Meanwhile mix beans and carrot with a pinch of salt and micowave it covered for 2 mins.Add the sauces to the pan followed by the rice, beans, carrot, beef and scrambled eggs.Sprinkle pepper and salt as per your taste.

Serve hot!!!!!!!!
I used the beef from leftover beef fry.You may use chicken, prawns or eggs.
