Masala Prawns


Prawns are high in lipids but are very tempting.It makes easy recipes.











Ingredients:
Prawns-250gms
Onions-1large cut length wise
Ginger garlic minced- 1tbsp
curry leaves-1sprig
redchilli or paprika powder -1/2tbsp
turmeric-1/2tsp
salt -1-11/2tsp
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
tomato ketchup or limejuice-1/2tsp.
coconut oil or refined oil-2tbsp
Coriander leaves(optional)
Marinate prawns with half the amt of chilli powder, turmeric and salt.
In a pan heat the oil and fry the prawns on both side.Remove the prawns.Add onions ginger,garlic and curry leaves in the same oil.Saute it well.Add the remaining chilli, turmeric powder and salt to it.Roast it well then add the cooked prawns mix well.Shut the flame.you can add the ketchup and the pepper pwder and mix well.If u don't like ketchup u can substitute it with lime juice .Garnish with coriander).
