Uraddal Vada


I remember urad dal vada from Dadar in Mumbai.Its easy and tasty as well.











Ingredients:
Urad dal -250 gms(soak in H2o for half an hour)
Coconut -2tbsp-cut into small pieces
Crushed paper-1/2tsp
Salt-1to 11/2tsp
Oil for deep frying.
Strain the water and coarse grind the dal.Do not add water when grinding.Add the pepper, salt and coconut pieces to this.Mix well.
Heat the oil in a kadai. Take a small amount with wet hands and deep fry it into small vadas.Serve with green chutney.Enjoy!!!!!!
