Fish popcorns


Ingredients;
White fish-250gms,boneless,minced
Onion-1,minced
Ginger-garlic-1tbsp,minced
Greenchillies-2,minced
Pepper powder-1/2tsp
Potato-1,mashed
Salt as per taste
Oil to deep fry
For the batter;
Plain flour-50gms
Corn flour-50gms
Eggs-2
Italian spice mix-2pinch
Salt as per taste
Water 

Heat a wok and pour in 2tbsp oil.Add in the onion,garlic,ginger and green chillies.When its cooked add in the fish and allow it to cook.Dy up this mix.Mix in pepper and salt.Let it cool down then mix in the mashed potato and make small balls of it.make the batter by mixing the flour,italian spice,eggs and salt.Add water if required to make a thick batter.Heat oil.Dip each ball in the batter and deep fry it.
Serve!!!!!!
