Curd-4 to 5 tbsp
Green chillies-2 minced
Ghee or oil-1tbsp
Roast the rava for 4 to 5 mins.Keep it aside now heat oil in a pan add in the mustard seeds and let it splutter.Now add the chana dal then the cumin seeds.Let in the grated carrots,chillies and ginger.Saute it for a minute.Now add this to the rava with the coriander leaves,salt and soda powder.Now mix in the yogurt.Slowly add the water and make it into a batter with a thick consistency.Pour this into idli mould and steam it for 10 to 12 mins.
Serve hot with sambhar or coconut chutney!!!!!!!!
