A handful spinach though tasteless on their own,can taste heavenly if mixed in with the right ingredient.

Spinach- leaves only , 1 bunch
Wheat flour-1 cup or as required
Ginger-1/2 inch
Garlic-3 to 4 cloves
Green chillies-2
Salt
Oil 3 to 4 tbsp
Water
Boil the spinach leaves with ginger,garlic,green chillies,50 ml water and salt for 5 mins.Sieve it to remove water and puree this in a blender .To this puree add the flour and make a dough.Flatten it like a paratha;thick or thin as per ur preference.Roast it like a tortilla on a flat pan.Apply ghee or oil or butter.
Serve hot with a tsp of ghee/butter!!!!
