Green chillies-2,finely chopped
Coriander leaves-finely chopped,2tbsp
Grill the brinjals or burn it over fire until the skin is charred.Now scoop out the flesh and keep it aside. Heat the oil in a pan.Add in the cumin and allow it to flavour the oil.Add in the scooped flesh of the brinjal and mix it well.Allow this to cool.Mix ths with the yogurt and garnish with chillies and coriander leaves.
Serve as side dish with briyanis,pulaos and meat dishes.
