Basmati rice- 1cup
Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
Whole spices-cardamoms-2.cloves-3,cinnamon-1inch,bay leaves-2
Salt as per taste
Heat oil and add the whole spices.Roast it for few seconds then add the ginger garlic paste.Saute for a minute and then add the onion,green chilles and curry leaves.Saute it well.Add in the capsicum,chicken, pepper and salt.Stir it in to coat the chicken well and allow to cook for 5 mins.Add the washed rice and the water.Close the lid and cook until rice cooked.Fluff the rice with a fork.
