Tea Time Veggie Puffs



Ingredients;
Puff pastry dough-1block
Potato-1,medium sized,finely chopped
Carrot-1,medium sized,finely chopped
Green peas-1/4th cup
Onion-1,medium,finely chopped
Chilli powder-1/2tsp
Garam Masala-1/2tsp
Turmeric-1/4tsp
Crushed Pepper-1/2tsp
Chaat masala/Aamchoor powder-1/2tsp
Sugar-1/2tsp
Oil-2tbsp
Salt as per taste
Coriander-2sprigs,finely chopped
Egg-1 beaten(optional)





Mix the potato,carrot and peas in a bowl.Sprinkle some salt and microwave it for 5 mins.In a pan heat the oil and then add the onions.Cook it until it turns translucent.Sprinkle the suar and let it mix with the onions.Add in the chilli powder,garam masala,turmeric,pepper powder.Let it mix well.Lastly add the aamchoor powder and chopped coriander.
Roll out the puff pastry dough into 24x20cms rectanle.Cut it into 12 squares.Take each square and place 1 tbsp of the veggie mix and bring all the corners to the centre makin a square.Seal the edges well.Brush e on top to get a shiny glaze.Place in a tray and bake in the oven at 180-200 de cel for 20 mins.


Serve with ketchup and a hot cup of tea!!!!
