Rava (Semolina)Pett with groundnut masala powder/chutney

This is my sis-in-law Sweety's recipe.Its really very easy, quick and tasty.


For the pett:
semolina-1 cup soak in water for 3 to 4 hours,
 if u have fine semolina -it just needs to be soaked for 15 mins
onion-1 finely chopped
tomato-1 finely chopped
green chilli-1 finely chopped
coriander leave-2tbsp, finely chopped.
Salt as per taste

Mix the semolina, onion,tomato,chilli, coriander and salt as per taste.heat oil inn a flat pan.Spread this mixture like a pancake or dosa.Turn it over wen one side is done.Leave it on a medium flame till the pett is crispy occassionally tuning the sides.

For the groundnut masala powder:
Groundnut-1cup, roasted
chilli powder-1tsp
onion-1 minced
green chilli or jalapeno pepper-minced 1tbsp
coriander leaves-1sprig finely chopped
lime juice-1tbsp
salt as per taste

Grind together the above ingredients to make a coarse powder.
Your groundnut masala powder is ready.Serve it with hot rava pett!!!!!!!!!!!!

To make groundnut chutney u will need

Add a clove of garlic +chilli and salt as per taste.Grind it into a smooth paste.
Serve it with pett or dal rice!!!!!!!!!!!!
