Pappad Boli

Its something My H love to snack on and I had never heard of until I met him.Very easy teatime snack made from poppadums.

Ingredients;
Poppadums-5
Rice flour-1/2 cup
Gram flour-1/4th cup
Chilli powder-1tsp
Turmeric-1/2tsp
Asafoetida/Hing-1/4tsp
Cuminseeds-1tsp
Sesame seeds-1tsp
Salt as per taste
Water
Oil for deep frying.

Heat oil in a deep pan.Mix the flour,spices and seeds together with salt.Now make the batter adding water slowly to form a thick paste.It should coat the back of the spoon.If the batter is too thin,it wont hold on to the poppadums.Now dip the poppadum into the batter and deep fry on a medium flame until its crisp and golden in colour.

Serve with tea,coffee or JLT!!!!!!!!
