Strawberry and Apple Jam

My first ever jam.Its a surprise to turn out so good and so so easy to make it.Will I ever buy jam again...i wonder maaaaaay be if I am lazy.But if you need tasty jam you are better of making it yourself.

Ingredients;
Strawberries-15 ,hulled and minced
Apples-2,skinned and minced
Orange juice-1/2cup
Sugar or sweetner-75 gms

Mix all these ingredients and allow it to boil.Sim it once it starts boiling.When the liquid reduces,keep on stirring it until the jam is thick in consistency.Cool and store into a glass jar.
