Appetizing Prawns

Appetizers are the toughest for me to decide when I plan a menu.Today I am here with an appetizer made from prawns.

Ingredients;
Prawns-15 to 20 nos,cooked and peeled,leave the tail intact
Corn flour-1/2cup
Egg-1
Pepper powder-1/2tsp
Soya sauce-1tsp
garlic-1clove,crushed
Salt as per taste
Water
Oil for deep frying.
Vinegar
Onion-1 med,finely sliced lengthwise
green chillies,finely minced

Let the oil heat in a deep pan.Meanwhile mix the flour,egg,pepper powder,garlic,soya sauce and water to form a thick paste.(The batter must be thick or else it won't coat the prawns well).Now dip each prawn into the batter;do not dip the tailportion.deepfry it until golden brown on a medium flame.
Coat the onion and green chillies with vinegar and sprinkle on top.Sprinkle some vinegar and salt on the fried prawns before eating!!!!!!

I loved it!!!!
