This is a simple and quick recipe.
Beef-1/2kg boneless cubed
onion- 2 medium minced
ginger garlic paste-2tbsp
tomato -2 small minced
green chillies-2 slit
coriander leaves-3 to 4 sprigs finely chopped
mint-1sprig finely chopped
red chilli powder-11/2tbsp
garam masala powder-1tbsp
cardamom-2 pods crushed
salt as per taste
Boil the rice with ghee,1tbsp of salt and cardamom.add a pinch of turmeric to give colour.When 75% done.Strain in and keep it aside.
Now heat oil in a pan.Add the cloves, cinnamon stir it for few seconds, then add the ginger garlic paste.when the raw smell is gone add the onions.cook it till its translucent.Add the chilli powder,turmeric and garam masala.When u mince the tomatoes add a sprig of coriander to it.add this to the onions.Saute it till oil separates.Now add the cubed beef into it.Mix it well then add the water.pressure cook it for 3 to 4 whistles.
Reduce the waterby heating it.take an oven friendly vessel layer the beef and rice alternately.sprinkle the chopped coriander and mint leaves.the to player must be rice.Add the chopped herbs and nuts.
Oven cook this at 180 deg cel for 30 minutes.
