Pumpkin/substitute with butternut squash-250 gms
green chillies-1 to 2
mustard seeds-1 tsp
dry red chilli-2
salt as per taste.
water-1 to 11/2cup
Peel the skin of pumpkin and remove the seeds.Cut it , add turmeric,salt and water and cook it.
Enjoy with steaming hot rice!!!!!!
