Ingredients;
Plain flour-1/2cup
Semolina(coarse)-1/2cup
Butter-1/2cup
Sugar-1/2cup
Sesame seeds-2tbsp
Cardamom -4pods,seeds crushed.
Makes 20 biscuits
Mix the above ingredients and make a dough.Roll it in a cling film and let it rest for 1hour.Make small balls flatten it and place it on a baking tray.Place in a preheated oven at 180 deg cel for 15 mins.The balls will turn to discs.Roll each into cigar shape.
