onion-2 medium,sliced lengthwise
ginger garlic-2 to 3 tbsp-finely chopped
pepper powder-1 to 2 tsp

salt as per tasteAdd the liver pieces to boiling water with turmeric, salt and pepper powder.let it cook till all the water evaporates and the liver pieces are done.Now in a pan add the oil.Splutter some mustard seeds.Then add the onions, ginger,garlic and curry leaves.Saute it till onions are translucent.Add the cooked liver pieces and then add the chilli powder,coriander powder,salt and crushed pepper.Saute it well on medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes.
