bell papers cut -50 gms
ginger garlic paste or minced-11/2tsp
oil -1 to 2 tsp
salt to taste.
Mix the curd,a pinch of salt,turmeric and chilli,1/2tsp of cumin powder and ginger garlic paste.Coat the paneer with this paste.Refrigerate for 1hour.Take a pan heat oil and fry the paneer till golden coloured.Now remove the paneer and add whole spices.Then add the onions,ginger and garlic.Now add the chilli powder,garam masala powder turmeric and salt.Saute it well.Add the bell pepper, tomato and coriander leaves..Saute it for a minute.Add water.When it boils add the paneer and leave it till the gravy is thick enough to coat the paneer and peppers.Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rotis or rice!!!!!!
