Tindora-1/4 kg-cut each lengthwise into 4

aamchoor (dry mango)powder-2 tsp
Coat the tindora with chilli, turmeric, salt and aamchoor powder.Heat a pan,add oil.When oil is hot enough add the tindoras.Saute it and add water.Close the pan and cook it for 3-4 minutes.Open the pan and cook to dry out the water.Serve with rice!!!!
