Grilled chicken







Ingredients;

Chicken pieces-5to 6 pieces.
lemon juice-1tbsp
chilli or paprika powder-1tbsp
curd-1tbsp
ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
cumin powder-1tsp
garam masala-1tbsp
turmeric-1tsp
pepper powder-1tsp
 chicken or tandoori masala(optional)
salt as per taste
oil 1tbsp
Onion-sliced
cilantro-2 sprigs
chaat masala(optional)

Make gashes on the chicken.Mix the lime, salt and chilli or paprika powder.Apply it on to the chicken pieces.Leave it for 15 to 20 mins.
Now in a bowl.Add the curd,ginger garlic paste,cumin powder,garam masala,turmeric,and the masala powders.Do not add water, if u find the mixture too dry and a little oil.Mix it to form a thick paste.Apply this on the chicken and leave it to marinate in the fridge for min 1 hr( preferably overnite).Now sprnkle oil on to the chicken and grill in a preheated oven for 45 mins at 160 to 170 deg.
Garnish it with sliced onions and coriander leaves,Sprinkle lime juice, chaat masala, salt and pepper.
Serve it with rotis, naan or rice.
