Ingredients; (Serves 2)
Oats-1 cup (powdered)
Raspberries- 1 cup (You may use any berries of your choice)
Banana-2 to 3, chopped
Honey- 2 tbsp
Water-1/2 cup
Dry fruits & nuts- chopped 2 tbsp.
Add the oats, berries, bananas, honey and water to a blender. Blend well to a smooth puree.
Pour into glasses and sprinkle dry fruits on top.
If using milk or yoghurt, you may not use water.

that's a really healthy smoothie...
So vibrant and nice. I love the addition of oats.
