Prawns-15 to 20,cooked
Avocado-1skinned,cut into small pieces
Onion-1 medium,sliced lengthwise
Salt as per taste
For the Pesto;
Coriander leaves-1/2 cup
Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the onion and Prawns with salt.Meanwhile grind together the ingredients for the pesto.When the onions are cooked add the prawns,avocado and pesto.Mix well,add mayonaisse and mix for a creamy texture.
Swap prawns for chicken if you like.
