Ingredients;
Raw peanuts- 1cup, unsalted
Sesame seeds-1cup
Dates-1cup, pitted, chopped
Cardamom seeds-3
Roast the peanuts until brown, add the sesame seeds and roast it until golden in colour. In a dry grinder add the peanuts, sesame seeds and cardamom pods and dry grind it. To this powder add the dates and pulse it 4 to 5 times.
Remove the mix on to a plate and make small balls of it. Store it in a glass jar.
For extra sweetness you may add some sugar or jaggery to the seeds.
