Ingredients;
Avocado- 1
Shallots-2
Green chillies-2
Ginger-chopped,1/4tsp
Cumin seeds-1pinch
Lime/Lemon juice-1tsp
Salt to taste
To a grinder add shallots, chillies, ginger, cumin seeds and salt. Grind it for few seconds. Add the flesh of the avocado and the lime juice. Pulse it until it forms a coarse mix.
Serve with dosas/idlis!!!

I love avocado, but it's so hard to find a way to incorporate it into Indian food. This is a great idea!
Interested chutney compared to those conventional ones with coconut. Yum and indeed lovely.
