Ingredients; Serves 2
Apples-5
Carrots-6
Beetroot-1,peeled
Celery-1head
Kale-1/2bunch
Ginger-1inch,peeled
Lime-1,peeled
Mint leaves chopped
Add the fruits and veggies to a juicer.I add the kale with celery or carrots.Add mint leaves to a serving glass,pour the juice.
Enjoy fresh!!!!!!!!!!
You may choose to add in more veggies like tomatoes,cucumber,spinach and fruits like melon,mangoes. Preferrably the seasonal ones.
