Oats and Dates Bars



Ingredients;
Oats-1cup
Dates-20,pitted,soaked in hot water for an hour
Seeds-such as pumpkin,sesame,sunflower,flaxseed to sprinkle (optional)
Add the dates to a food processor.Mince it.Now slowly add the oats and pulse it until it blend together and form a dough consistency.Take a rectangular or square vessel.Sprinkle some seeds.Add the oats and dates mix and flatten it out.On top sprinkle some more of the seeds and oats.Refrigerate it.
Cut it out into desired shapes and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!
