Prawns-250 gms,cleaned(the smaller the prawns better the taste)
Garlic-2 cloves,finely chopped
Curry leaves-2 sprigs
Coriander leaves-2 sprigs,finely chopped
Salt as per taste
Heat oil in a pan.Add in the onions,ginger,garlic and curry leaves.When the onions are translucent,add in the salt and spices and saute for a minute.Add in the tomatoes and allow it to cook on a medium flame.Pour in the water with the kudampuli.When it boils,drop the prawns.Cover the pan and cook it for 5 to 6 mins.Now leave the pan open and let the gravy thicken.Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.Leave for 10 minutes.
Serve with hot rice or chappathi!!!!!
