Inji Thayir (Ginger Yogurt)


Ingredients;
Curd -200mls
Ginger-1tbsp,very finely chopped
Green chillies-2,finely chopped
Mustard seeds-1/4tsp
Hing-1/4tsp
Red chillies-2
Curry leaves-1sprig
Oil-2tbsp
Salt.

Mix the salt ginger and green chilli with the yogurt.Heat the oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds.Now add the red chillies,hing and curry leaves.Saute it for few seconds.Pour this over the yogurt,Serve!!!!!!

i adore the ginger infused into yogurt. Its certainly made the yogurt dish special with a mild heat from the ginger.

I've never tasted this type of Inji curry ---familiar with the inji curry/puli, But this one is awesome... I can almost smell the aroma:) Wow!
