Wholemeal Multiseeded Bread

Dry Ingredients;
Howards wholemeal flour-200gms
Plain flour-200gms
Baking soda-1tsp
Baking powder-1tsp
Salt-1/2tsp
Mixed seeds-50gms
Raisins ,Walnuts

Wet ingredients
Egg-1,beaten
Hazelnut or plain Yogurt-50mls
Milk-100mls
Honey-1tbsp

Mix the dry and wet ingredients separately.Now pour the liquid mix into the flour and mix well.Pour this into a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 deg cel for 45 -48 mins.
Sprinkle some rolled oats or poppy seeds on top if you wish.When done allow to cool on a wire rack.Stays fresh upto 4 days but you choose to freeze it and use within a month.
Tastes even better toasted!!!!!!!!!!
