Ingredients;
Spaghetti-200 gms
Avocado-2,ripe
Green chilli-1,deseeded
Garlic-1clove
Coriander /Basil leaves-a hanful
Philadelphia/Mayonaisse-2tbsp
Lime juice-2tbsp
Walnut
Salt
Water
Oil-1tbsp
Boil the water with a tbsp of salt and oil.Add the spaghetti.Cook it through.Drain it and pour cold water to stop further cooking .
For the pesto,add the leaves,walnut,garlic,green chilli,lime juice into a chopper.Mince it well.Cube the avocado meat and mash it with a fork.Add the minced herb mix,avocado,salt and philadelphia cream cheese to the pasta and coat it well.
Serve hot with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and crushed walnuts on top!!!!!!!!!
