Parmesan flavoured Buns

Ingredients;
Plain flour-400gms
Parmesan-1/2cup,powdered
Yeast-7gms,1sachet
Sugar-1tsp
Crushed pepper-1/2tsp
Butter-25gms,melted
Garlic powder-1/2tsp
LukewarmWater/Cold milk-1cup
Salt as per taste

Mix the yeast and sugar,add some water to this and leave it aside for 5 mins.In a large bowl add the flour,salt,parmesan cheese,garlic and pepper.Mix well and then add the melted butter.Mix it again.Pour in the yeast mix and allow it to equally mx in the flour.Pour in the required amount of water and knead it into a soft dough.Leave it to raise for 3 to 4 hours.Now make equal balls and arrange it on a baking tray.Leave an half an inch between the buns.Cover with a cling film and leave it for another half hour.Now bake in a preheated oven at 180 deg cel for 20mins.When the buns rise and sound holow to tap,brush it with some milk and sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top and allow to bake for 4 to 5 mins.Ready to serve!!!!!!!
