Now heat the oil in a pan and add the chana,roast it and then splutter the mustards and add the urad dal,fenugreek and cumin seeds,curry leaves and chillies.Roast it for a minute on a low flame.Allow this to cool down before adding this to the rice.Mix well and serve chilled.
Curd rice can be eaten jlt or with the most easy or exotic side dish.Its really good for the tummy and is super quick to make.
