Raw plantain-1-2,skin peeled and cubed
Drumsticks-1,cut into 2inch length
Salt as per taste
Heat oil in the pan.Add the onion,ginger,garlic,chilli and curry leaves.Saute it well.Now add the chilli,coriander,turmeric powder and salt.Roast it for a min.Add the gambojee seeds and water.When it boils add the fish,plantain and drumsticks.Cook it on a medium flame.Let the sauce thicken to 1/4th.Now add the tomatoes and close the pan.Meanwhile grind the coconut to a paste form with some water.Pour this over the curry.Cook for a minute.Do not allow to boil.
Serve with hot rice or chappati!!!!
