Ingredients;
Pineapple-2cups,minced/grated
Sugar-1cup
Water-100mls
Lemon juice-2tbsp
Mix the pineapple,sugar and water.Pour this in a saucepan ,close with a lid and allow it to cook for 20 to 30 mins.Now leave it open and allow the jam to thicken.When it thickens add the lemon juice,mix and switch off the flame.Pour it into a sterilised jar.
Will stay for months if refrigerated.
