Sweet Banana Bondaa

Ingredients;
Banana-2 to3,ripe,mashed with a fork
Whole wheat flour-1cup
Plain flour-1/2cup
Semolina-2tbsp
Sugar-4 to 5 tbsp
Salt-1/2tsp
Water or Milk-3to 4 tbsp;if required
Cardamom-3 to 4 pods,crushed
Cumin seeds-1/2tsp,crushed
Coconut chips-3tbsp,finely chopped
Raisins,nuts and sesame seeds(optional)
Oil for deep frying.
Mix all the flour together.Add in the sugar,salt,cardamom,cumin seeds,coconut and nuts together.Mix it well.Add in the mashed banas and make a dough.If you feel the dough is tight you may add the water or milk to loosed it.Make equal nos. of round balls(This amount makes 15).Heat the oil and deep fry the bondaas on a medium flame until they are brown in colour.
Serve!!!!!

*Adding baking soda to the flour,results in soft bondaas;so you may use it if you please
*You may use just plain flour.I chose to make it healthy with the above ratio.
*Adding more sugar gives darker colour;so if you use ripe bananas you can reduce the sugar.I prefer golden coloured bondas.
