Seekh Kebabs

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL OF YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
It was a long time off and I surely did miss all the yummy postings.I MISSED YOU ALL!!!!!!

 Made these kebabs for the first time and was happy with the end result.You may notice that the ingredients are too little;just tried to keep the flavour of the meat.

Ingredients;
Minced lamb/beef-500 gms
Ginger-1tsp,minced
Garlic -1tsp,minced
Coriander leaves-2tsp,minced
Mint leaves-2tsp,minced
Green chillies-2,minced
Cumin powder-1tsp
Pepper powder-1tsp
Salt-as per taste.

Mix the above ingredients well.Shape it into cylindrical kebabs.If using the skewer shape it around it.Preheat the oven to 200 deg cel.Now place the kebabs on the grill and let it cook for 30 to 40mins.Turn the sides in between.

Serve with salads or naan!!!!!!!
