Fish Molee


Ingredients;
Fish -500 gms-cleaned and cut
onions -2 medium sized,sliced
tomato-1
ginger-garlic-2tbsp
curry leaves-1sprig
green chillies-6 to 8
Chilli powder-1/2tsp
garam masala-1tsp
turmeric-1+1tsp
Pepper powder-1+1tsp
coconut milk-thin-1cup and first milk-1cup
salt to taste
coconut oil-3tbsp

Marinate the fish with chilli powder, turmeric,pepper and salt. Heat oil in a pan.Fry fish for few minutes.This is to firm the meat so just cook it half.
Remove the fish.in the same oil add onions,ginger,garlic,curry leaves and green chilli.Saute it well.When onion is translucent add turmeric,garam masala,pepper powder to it.Then add the tomatoes.Cook it for 2 minutes and then add the second milk.When it satrts boiling add the fish pieces to it and cook it till the fish is done.Add the first milk and remove from flame.


Serve with appam, bread,rice or chappati  !!!!!!!!!
