baby spinach leaves
gram flour-1cup
cumin powder-1tsp
chilli powder-1/2tsp
turmeric-1/2tsp
asafoetida-1 pinch
salt as per taste
oil for deep frying

Clean the spinach leaves.Mix all the powders together.Add water to form a thick batter.Batter shold be thicker than dosa batter or else it wud not hold on to the leaves.
Heat oil in a pan to deep fry the pakoras.Dip each leaf into the batter and deep fry it for 1-1/2 minute.
Serve with chilli garlic sauce and hot tea!!!!!!!!!
