Ingredients;
Beetroots-cooked and thinly sliced
curd-2 cups
ginger-1/2 inch
onion-1
chilli-2
curry leaves
grated coconut-1/2 cup
mustard-1/2 tsp
oil-1tbsp
salt as per taste.
Add oil in a pan.Splutter the mustard seeds.Add onion,ginger,green chilli and curry leaves.Saute it .Grind the coconutand add it to the mix, then add the beetroot.cook for a minute.Now mix the curd into this.Remove from stove before curd curdles.Add salt as per taste.
