Eggs & Bell Peppers

Ingredients;
Eggs-3
Bell Pepper
Salt & Pepper
Oil- 1 tbsp

Cut the bell pepper into 1/2 inch rings. Heat oil in a pan. Place the pepper rings and  fry for a minute. Flip the rings over and crack an egg  into each of the rings. Season with salt and pepper. Allow the eggs to cook for 5 to 6 minutes on a medium flame.
Serve!!!!!!!!
