Chicken Sukha

HAPPY EASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients;
Chicken-500 gms,cleaned and cut into medium sized pieces
Coriander leaves-2tbsp,chopped
Capsicum-cubed,2tbsp
Oil 2tbsp
For the masala;
Onion-1
Ginger-1/2inch
Garlic-3cloves
Cloves-6 to8
Cinnamon-12inch
Peppercorns-1tbsp
Dried Red Chillies-5
Coriander seeds-1 1/2tbsp
Cumin seeds-1tsp
Salt as per taste


In a pan add the cloves,cinnamon,peppercorns,chillies,coriander seeds and dry roast it for 2 mins.Add in the cumin seeds and switch off the flame.Cool it and powder it in a grinder to this add the onion,ginger and garlic and grind to form a smooth paste.You may pour in 2tbsp of water if needed.Coat the chicken pieces with this masala and leave it in the fridge overnite or atleast for 3 hours.Then heat the oil in a pan and add in the coated chicken pieces. Allow the chicken to cook in its juices.When cooked allow it to dry and roast it.
To the end add the capsicum and coriander leaves and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Serve with salads, chappathis or rice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
