Turnip/Shalgam and Soyamince Curry

Ingredients;
Baby Turnips-2,peeled and cubed
Soyachunk mince-11/2cup
Onion-1,medium,finely chopped
Ginger- garlic paste-1tsp
Tomato-1,chopped
Chilli powder-1tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Cumin powder-1/2tsp
Yogurt-3tbsp
Water-11/2cups
Coriander-chopped
Green chillies-2,slit
Salt as per taste
Oil-2tsp
Heat the oil in a cooker.Add the ginger garlic paste.Roast it for a minute and then add the onion.Allow it to cook.Add the soyamince,turnips,powdered spices,salt and yogurt.Pour the water.Allow to cook for 2 whistles.Open the cooker when it cools down.Thicken the sauce as per your desired consistency.Garnish with coriander leaves and slit chillies.
Serve with bread or rice!!!!!!!!
