Ingredients;
Pineapple-1,medium,cleaned,minced
Sugar-500gms
Cloves-4 to5
Cinnamon-2x1inch
Whole Wheat-1tbsp
Yeast-1/2tsp
Water-1/2lit,boiled and cooled
Wash the clean wine jar with hot water.Add the above ingredients.Stir well.Store in an airtight wine jar in a cool place.After a week stir every 3 to 4 days for 3 to 4 weeks.After this strain the wine.
May serve it or leave it in the wine jar.
You can strain the wine and then leave it for months.
Egg white of 1 egg can be added for fermentation.
