Ingredients;
Beans-20,washed and cleaned,sliced diagnolly in 1cm thickness
Onion-1large,sliced lengthwise
Green chillies-2,slit lengthwise
Curry leaves-1sprig
Garlic-1clove-minced
Turmeric-1/4tsp
Pepper powder-1/2tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2tsp
Oil-2tbsp
Salt as per taste
Water-2 to 3 tbsp
Heat the oil in a pan and sputter the mustard seeds.Add in the onion,garlic,chillies and curry leaves.Stir fry it till the onions are half cooked.Now add the beans followed by salt and turmeric.Sprinkle some water,close the lid and leave it on a low medium flame for 5 to 10 mins.Stir in between to avoid burning.Sprinkle some pepper powder before switching off the flame.
Serve with hot rice and moru curry!!!!!!
