Egg/Mutta Appam

Sometimes you can make people feel special with a slight twist in the daily menu.Most of us make appams and this is as easy as making one.



Ingredients;
Appam batter
Egg
salt
Crushed Pepper.



Pour the batter into the appachatti and swirl it around.Break the egg with the yolk intact.Sprinkle pepper and salt.Close the lid and let it cook for 2 to 3 mins.
Wallah!!!!!!Ready to serve!!!!with a hot cuppa and morning newspaper..........
