Neer Dosa/Rice pancakes

Yesterday in the evening during our coffee break,my friend Monica from Mangalore(A city in India) brought rice pancakes.It was soooo yummy that I wanted some more and ended up making it myself.Her expert hands had made it thinner than mine but I am happy it tasted same.
Thanks Monica for such a simple and good recipe.

Ingredients;
Long grain rice(Pacha Ari)-1cup
Water-112 cup
Salt as per taste.
Oil.

Soak the rice for 3 to 4 hours.Now grind it well .The consistency of the batter should be very thin,similar or slightly thicker than milk.Add salt.Heat a pan,coat it with oil.Make sure the pan is max hot.Now pour a ladle full,spreading it across.Its difficult to spread it like dosa cos of thin consistency,cover and let it cook for 1 to 2 mins.DONE!!!!!!
Serve with curry of your choice!!!!!!!!!!!

PS;Do not use rice flour as starch content is less and pancake wudn't come out well.
