Quick Bruschetta

Bruschetta is a hearty appetizer from Italy.It consists of grilled bread rubbed with garlic and brushed with olive oil and sprinkled pepper and salt.The topping may vary from just vegetables to cured meat.
The original adaptation is from a blog called Belesaru.

Ingredients;
Italian bread-1,sliced with 1/2 inch thickness
cheese-mozarella or cheddar,grated
garlic-2 cloves
olive oil -for brushing
tomato-1 finely chopped
onion-1finely chopped
pepper
salt

Rub the bread with garlic cloves.Brush it then with olive oil.Top it with tomato and onion.Now add the cheese and sprinkle it with salt and pepper.Bake in the oven until cheese melts.You may even microwave it for 45 secs.

I have a lazy version where I just opened the bread with my hands.Rubbed it with garlic.Brushed olive oil.Threw in some cheese.Sprinkled some coriander leaves,lime juice,pepper $salt.I then microwaved it for 45 secs.

 And Muah it was yummy!!!!!!!
