This recipe is a Goan recipe for pork chops shared by my friend Smitha.
I have not added a drop of oil to this and the meat was really moist and juicy.I did not trim the fat though as it gives the meat flavour.We can use pork, beef or any other red meat instead of lamb.

Ingredients;
lamb chops; 500 gms
garlic -6 cloves
ginger-1/2 inch
onion-1/2
jalapeno peppers/green chilli-1
coriander leaves-2 sprig
mint or basil leaves- 5 to 6
hoisin sauce(beef)-tbsp
soya sauce-1tbsp
lemon juice-1tbsp
pepper-1 tbsp adjust as per ur tastebuds
salt as per taste.
Mince the ginger garlic,onion, peppers,and herbs together in a chopper.Now add the sauces, salt and pepper.mix well.Coat the lamb pieces well.Refrigerate overnite.
Preheat the oven at 200 deg cel.Grill the lamb chops for 30 to 40 minutesTurn the side afer 20 minutes.
Serve with cool raitas and veggies of ur choice
