ginger garlic-minced 2tbsp
green peas-1/2 cup
masala-chilli powder-1/2 tbsp
salt as per taste
Saute the onions, ginger and garlic.Add the masala powders.Roast it then add the tomatoes.Saute it.Now add the minced meat,peas and potato.Pressure cook this for 3 whistle.Open the cooker when the cooker cools down.transfer to a pan.Heat it till the gravy is thick .Sprinkle coriander.
Serve with naan or rice!!!!!!!!!!
